MasterSeal TC 240

MasterSeal TC 240 is a single component elastomeric pigmented polyurethane coating designed for application in trafficked areas. It provides a pigmented, hard-elastic surface resistant to chemicals and abrasion. MasterSeal TC 240 may be used as an intermediate coating layer in MasterSeal polyurethane Traffic Deck coating systems.

Premixed dry shake surface floor hardener

MasterTop 430

MasterTop 430 is a ready to use blend of Abrasion Resistant Manufactured Mineral Aggregate and cement which is applied as a dry shake to the surface of fresh concrete or screeds. MasterTop 430 will provide continuous protection to concrete floors against wear, impact, and abrasion and a high resistance to various industrial chemicals, oils, greases, detergents and hydraulic fluids found in the aviation industry. MasterTop 430 consists of non-metallic, inert high- quality aggregates, proprietary chemicals, pigments and cement.

Premixed hard wearing floor topping

MasterTop 512

A ready to use non-metallic and non-oxidising synthetic mineral aggregate and cementitious product which is applied as a topping onto existing or new concrete slabs as a hard and durable wearing course. At 10-12mm the MasterTop 512 will afford permanent protection to the floor surface against various industrial chemicals, oils, greases and detergents.

Single component polyurethane UV- resistant protective traffic coating

MasterSeal TC 258

MasterSeal TC 258 is a single component elastomeric pigmented polyurethane coating designed for application in heavily trafficked areas. It provides a UV-resistant, hard-elastic surface resistant to chemicals and abrasion. Unlike conventional moisture curing polyurethane coatings MasterSeal TC 258 can be applied at higher thicknesses without foaming. MasterSeal TC 258 is fire retardant.

MasterSeal TC 257 is a two-component hard- wearing pigmented aliphatic polyurethane coating designed for application in heavily trafficked areas. It provides a UV-resistant, hard-elastic surface resistant to chemicals and abrasion.

Ucrete MF is a unique HD Polyurethane resin floor with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals. It provides a smooth protective floor finish suitable for applications in predominantly dry environments. It is dense and impervious, providing the ideal floor finish for applications in the food, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries including clean room, laboratory, packing hall and warehouse applications and wherever a robust, long lived floor is required. Ucrete Industrial Flooring has been widely used throughout the industry for more than 40 years; many of the older floors are still in service.
