MasterProtect 1825

MasterProtect 1825 is a protective high build phenol novolac epoxy resin coating specifically developed to protect concrete. Supplied as a two- pack system comprising pigmented base and a hardener, it requires only on site mixing to produce an easily applied decorative and chemically resistant finish.

MasterProtect 1890

MasterProtect 1890 is a multi-component solvent free modified epoxy resin mortar specifically designed to meet the in-service demands of a chemical resistant lining mortar. The selected blend of fillers and resins produce a mortar with exceptional handling properties. The finished cured mortar is highly impervious and combines optimum chemical and mechanical resistance.

MasterProtect 190

MasterProtect 190 is a two-component solvent free, liquid epoxy polyurethane resin. The superior adhesion and chemical resistance of the epoxy resin, in combination with the flexibility of polyurethane and water-resistant qualities of epoxy produce a system that will provide a high build, ultra dense coating to protect concrete, other cementitious substrates, and metal, against a wide range of aggressive media present in the sewerage environment. The coating will not support the growth of bacteria. MasterProtect 190 in appearance, is smooth, the unique formulation of the system with the aliphatic polyurethane modification exhibit some degree of the flexibility and better resistance to U.V. MasterProtect 190 is high gloss in finish, heavy bodied, ultra dense surface. Hygienic and easily cleaned. Standard colours are light grey, dark grey, black, white, red, green and blue.

MasterProtect FL 100

MasterProtect FL 100 is a ready to use filler for use on all common building surfaces. It gives a high quality, even surface for painting. MasterProtect FL 100 is specifically manufactured for the painter to repair and touch up exterior and interior surfaces, both new and old, prior to painting. It is designed for filling joints, hairline cracks etc. by hand application. Unlike conventional fillers, MasterProtect FL 100 has elastic properties, does not flake off, is permanent and retains its adhesion

MasterProtect 1810

MasterProtect 1810 is a fast setting, repair compound, ideal for minor concrete repair applications such as pin holes, blow holes & fine surface cracks. MasterProtect 1810 is easily worked and can be applied by trowel, spatula or scraper. It cures to give high chemical & mechanical properties typical of Novolac systems. It is resistant to oils, greases, petroleum, salts, many acids and alkalis and most commonly met corrosive media. It does not shrink on curing, and is designed to be used when cured from below freezing point to 60°C. Its impact resistance, and mechanical strength is greater than that of concrete.

MasterProtect 1812

A solvent-free, highly chemical resistant non- carcinogenic coating. In appearance, MasterProtect 1812 is smooth and glossy.

MasterProtect 300

MasterProtect 300 is a high performance elastomeric, waterproof coating based on water borne acrylic co-polymers. It is a single component, ready-to-use material which can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray. When cured, it provides an aesthetic, durable, breathable coating which is waterproof, crack bridging and protects the structure from water-borne aggressive agents such as chloride ions which initiate corrosion in the reinforcing steel and CO2 which reduces the protective properties of the concrete.

MasterProtect P 659

A deep penetrating epoxy primer. For use with MasterProtect Protective Coating systems. Primer for use prior to application of MasterProtect 1812 and MasterProtect 1825.

MasterProtect FL 200

MasterProtect FL 200 is a ready-mixed, pre- bagged blend of acrylic polymers and graded fillers for re-levelling and refurbishment of most internal building surfaces, prior to over coating.

MasterTop SR 1, 2, 3 and 5

MasterProtect 2020 is a three-component solvent free epoxy resin mortar. The specially selected fillers and resins form an easily finished impervious mortar with high build characteristics combined with optimum chemical and mechanical resistance.

A solvent-free, chemical resistant non- carcinogenic coating. In appearance, MasterProtect 1813 is smooth and glossy.

MasterProtect 180

MasterProtect 180 is a protective high build epoxy resin coating specifically developed to protect concrete. Supplied as a two-component system comprising pigmented base and a hardener, it requires only on site mixing to produce an easily applied decorative and chemically resistant finish. MasterProtect 180 can be safely used in areas where contact with foodstuffs is envisaged or for coating potable water storage tanks. It is solvent free and can be used with safety in small rooms or tanks without the need to provide special ventilation. MasterProtect 180 coatings will not support the growth of bacteria.

MasterProtect 185

MasterProtect 185 is a protective high build epoxy resin coating specifically developed to protect concrete. It is solvent free and can be used with safety in small rooms or tanks without the need to provide special ventilation. MasterProtect 185 coatings will not support the growth of bacteria.
