MasterSeal 915 is a high performance, solvent free epoxy resin grouting material for pilecap waterproofing applications.

MasterSeal CR 460

MasterSeal CR 460 is a two-component polyurethane joint sealant. It is pourable and self- levelling. MasterSeal CR 460 is used together with MasterSeal P 460, a two-component clear polyurethane primer.

MasterSeal 914

MasterSeal 914 is a high-performance non-shrink, solvent-free impermeable flowable epoxy mortar for pile cap surfaces, to ensure the proper transmission of static and dynamic loads to the foundations. These properties combined with its impermeability to moisture, make it ideal for pilecap waterproofing applications.

MasterSeal 123NS

MasterSeal 123NS is a high grade, neutral cure silicone which is completely free of plasticisers. Because of the purity of its formulation, the product will reduce staining to an absolute minimum on natural stone and other strongly absorbing substrates. Unsightly, dark window- frame staining is thus avoided. It is virtually odorless during cure. It is non-slump, with excellent resistance against UV, weather and water, which can be used in vertical and horizontal joints, in internal and external environments, to provide a long-term, durable, elastic seal.

MasterSeal M 266

MasterSeal M 266 is a two-component, polyurethane, liquid applied, waterproof coating. The resulting membrane is an elastomeric waterproofing.

MasterSeal M 866

MasterSeal M 866 is a two-component solvent free polyurethane coating suitable for use in traffic coating and roofing systems to provide crack bridging and waterproofing capability. When used in car park decking and roofing systems it will bridge dynamic cracks.

MasterSeal 122

MasterSeal 122 is a versatile, neutral cure silicone sealant, having exceptional bond to most surfaces without primer. It is virtually odorless during cure. It is non-slump, low viscosity, with excellent resistance against UV, weather and water, which can be used in vertical and horizontal joints, in internal and external environments, to provide a long-term, durable, elastic seal.

MasterSeal 501

The MasterSeal 501 waterproofing system ensures a total and permanent solution to water leakage, ingress, or seepage in concrete structures or any cementitious substrate. The formation and development of insoluble crystals into water bearing capillaries and interstices effectively blocks the further passage of water. Supplied as a powder and mixed to a slurry consistency with potable water. MasterSeal 501 is applied directly to concrete, blockwork or cement renders in areas where general waterproofing is required. In powder form, the product may be used as a dry shake on horizontal construction joints. MasterSeal 501 consists of a blend of moisture activated chemicals, high grade silica aggregates and selected cements. Premixed powders consisting of selected Portland cement blended with an activating chemical and high-grade quartz.

MasterTop SR 1, 2, 3 and 5

MasterTop SR aggregates are used with various resin products to produce industrial floors filled coatings and slip-resistant profiles. MasterTop SR 1 – 0-0.3 mm, MasterTop SR 2 – 0.3-0.7 mm, MasterTop SR 3 – 0.3-0.9 mm, MasterTop SR 5 – 1-2 mm

MasterSeal 910

MasterSeal 910 Waterbar is suitable for all construction joints subject to hydrostatic pressure, on one or both sides. MasterSeal 910 provide simple but efficient waterproofing of construction joints. Movements in the joint, e.g. by shrinkage or settlement in the substrate, are taken up by the elastic profile of the MasterSeal 910 Waterbar. MasterSeal 910 has been successfully employed to waterproof joints where an opening of up to 5mm was deliberately created. Water pressure of up to 5 bar was sealed. MasterSeal 910 is based on a newly developed polymer technology providing flexible polymer composites which have high chemical resistance capable of storing water in their molecular structure by increasing their volume. Where previously MasterSeal 910 was available in different grades for various exposure conditions. A single version of MasterSeal 910 now resists deterioration in the following conditions: In fresh water and where the water has a high salt content (sea water, brackish water), in construction with high chemical exposure and/or exposure of solvents, including oils and fuels. MasterSeal 910 is a component of the BASF pile- cap waterproofing and watertight jointing systems. Consult your representative for details.

MasterSeal 909

MasterSeal 909 is a blue flexible PVC hose which comprises a solid core and lateral openings covered by neoprene strips, all banded by an open webbed nylon mesh.

MasterSeal HY 495

MasterSeal HY 495 is a high-grade, hybrid Silane-terminated polyurethane compound one component moisture curing, low-modulus sealant and adhesive.

MasterSeal P 101

A liquid primer used in the preparation of joint surfaces prior to the use of MasterSeal range of sealants. MasterSeal P 101 is used when preparing porous surfaces such as concrete, brickwork, stonework, asbestos and timber and non-porous surfaces such as stainless steel and ceramics.

MasterSeal M 262

MasterSeal M 262 is a one component unmodified pure polyurethane fluid which cures with the humidity in the atmosphere. It produces a highly elastic, hydrophobic membrane and has been designed to offer excellent long term waterproofing of wet rooms, substructures and any application not exposed to UV. The rheology of the material is such that it allows easy application even on vertical substrates.

MasterSeal 10WB

MasterSeal 10WB is a high grade water based acrylic plasto elastic sealant providing a strong, durable bond. It cures through the evaporation of water and is virtually odorless during cure. It can be painted, after full cure, with most water based and synthetic paints.

MasterSeal 121

MasterSeal 121 is a versatile, acetoxy silicone sealant, which cures under influence of humidity to form a durable elastic seal rubber with good bond to the substrate. It is non-slump, with excellent resistance against UV and weather, which can be used in vertical and horizontal joints, in internal and external environments, to provide a long-term, durable, elastic rubber seal. Special formulation resists the growth of unsightly mould.

MasterSeal 609

MasterSeal 609 is suitable for the treatment of concrete, asphalt, metal, roofing felt and other similar roofing surfaces whether flat, sloping or vertical. Where added protection is required on roofs, MasterSeal 609 may be used in conjunction with a reinforcing fabric.

MasterSeal M 860

MasterSeal M 860 is a two-component, hand applied, self-levelling, elastomeric polyurethane / polyurea hybrid membrane.

MasterSeal 588

MasterSeal 588 powder is a blend of Portland cements, selected silica sands and modifying agents. When mixed to a slurry consistency with MasterSeal 588 liquid, an acrylic polymer emulsion, it can be easily applied by brush or roller. It cures to give an elastomeric flexible membrane. MasterSeal 588 must be reinforced with mesh across all construction joints and cracks. The reinforcing mesh may be either 100% virgin polypropylene or an alkali resistant glass-fibre mesh depending on which particular enhanced tensile properties are required, please consult your local BASF Technical Service Representative for further advice on the correct selection of mesh.

MasterSeal NP 473U

MasterSeal NP 473U is a high performance, one component, moisture curing, polyurethane construction sealant. It has been formulated with an optimum range of physical properties such as high elasticity and movement accommodation, non-sag, Shore A hardness, tensile / tear strength and modulus to make it perfectly suited for sealing dynamically moving joints in a wide range of internal and external, horizontal and vertical applications, making it almost the perfect “Universal” joint sealant.

MasterSeal 950

MasterSeal 950 is a compartmentalisation waterstop extruded from high grade PVC compound, compatible with the MasterSeal PVC geo-membranes.

MasterSeal 911

MasterSeal 911 is a one component adhesive, based on a modified silane polymer used to secure the MasterSeal 910 swelling gasket to all common substrates in construction.

MasterSeal SL 189

MasterSeal SL 189 is a high performance one component, moisture curing, silicone construction sealant. In properly designed and constructed joints the product has been formulated to offer ultra-low modulus, fuel and UV resistant, elastomeric seal. Asphaltic paving materials have low tensile strengths. It is important to use an ultra-low modulus material when sealing these substrates to ensure minimal strain is placed on the asphaltic joint face.

MasterTop TC 462

MasterTop TC 462 is a solvented two component polyurethane coating which, when applied to MasterTop or MasterSeal systems, produces a UV wear-resistant surface. It is available with a semi-gloss finish.
