MasterEmaco N 907

MasterEmaco N 907 is a two-component acrylic polymer modified blow hole filler and reprofiling mortar. It can be applied up to 10 mm. MasterEmaco N 907 can be used as a skim coat prior to application of protective coatings. MasterEmaco N 907 is specially formulated to produce a shrinkage compensated mortar with no cracking when applied in a thin section. MasterEmaco N 907 is a specially formulated blend of Portland cements, selected aggregates and liquid acrylic in a plastic container. The pre- packed components only require on-site mixing to produce a creamy, easily applied mortar.

MasterEmaco N 307

MasterEmaco N 307 is a single component acrylic polymer modified repair mortar for use as a "fairing coat" or cosmetic mortar. When mixed with water, as directed, a fine grey trowellable mortar results which can readily be applied to fill in pores, blowholes and blemishes on a concrete surface. MasterEmaco N 307 can be used as a 'skim' coat prior to the application of protective coatings. MasterEmaco N 307 is specially formulated to produce a shrinkage compensating mortar with no cracking when applied in a thin section <5mm.

MasterEmaco P 210

MasterEmaco P 210 is a single component white emulsion of milky appearance, based upon modified acrylic resins. It is formulated for use as a bonding agent for cementitious mortars. The product is ready to use, has exceptional grab characteristics and develops a tenacious bond of the new mortar to the host concrete. MasterEmaco P 210 may be used in external or internal applications, but for permanently wet or submerged service conditions the use of MasterCast 141 in a cement bonding slurry is suggested as preferable.

MasterEmaco S 466PM

MasterEmaco S 466PM is a polymer modified high strength precision concrete, requiring only the on-site addition of water to provide a free flowing concrete ideally suited for placing in nominal thicknesses of 40mm and above. When mixed, applied and cured in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, MasterEmaco S 466PM produces a free flowing precision concrete free from segregation and bleeding. MasterEmaco S 466PM is a pre-packaged blend of Portland cement, carefully graded natural aggregate, specially selected sands, fillers, shrinkage control agents and fluidifiers. When mixed with the stated amount of water it produces a free flowing, cohesive, precision concrete that hardens to produce a dense, durable surface.

MasterEmaco P 102

MasterEmaco P 102 is a two-component solvent free primer based upon epoxy resins for use with appropriate epoxy overlays and coatings. It is used to promote the adhesion of toppings / coatings to existing concrete substrates.

MasterEmaco N 202

MasterEmaco N 202 is a combination of Portland cement, well graded sands and special additives. When mixed with water MasterEmaco N 202 produces a smooth cementitious paste ideally suited to filling of small surface defects and blowholes thin layers of up to 3 mm maximum.

MasterEmaco S 488PM

MasterEmaco S 488PM, is a polymer modified cementitious pre-bagged ready-to-use structural repair mortar in powder form. When mixed with the correct amount of water, it produces a thixotropic, high strength repair mortar, reinforced with acrylic fibres. It possesses excellent bond characteristics to steel reinforcement and to concrete. MasterEmaco S 488PM mortar is shrinkage compensated. It has low permeability and is extremely durable. MasterEmaco S 488PM contains no metallic aggregate and is chloride free. MasterEmaco S 488PM is formulated for sprayed or trowelled applications, in thicknesses up to 50mm in one layer by hand application.

MasterEmaco S 422

MasterEmaco S 422 is a combination of Portland cement, well graded sands, specially selected fibres and additives to improve physical, and installation properties and reduce the possibility of shrinkage cracks When mixed with water MasterEmaco S 422 produces a thixotropic repair mortar, ideally suited to hand, and wet #spray application at 10-40mm thickness.

MasterEmaco S 488

MasterEmaco S 488 is a cementitious pre- bagged ready-to-use structural repair mortar in powder form. MasterEmaco 8100 AP is a single component, solvent borne zinc rich epoxy primer, providing active galvanic protection to steel. It is a thick grey liquid of paint-like consistency, recommended for use where chloride induced attack on steel and concrete is involved.

MasterEmaco S 423

MasterEmaco S 423 is a combination of Portland cement, well graded sands and aggregates and special additives to improve physical, and installation properties and reduce the possibility of shrinkage cracks When mixed with water MasterEmaco S 423 produces a flowable micro concrete ideally suited to poured/cast applications at 25-150mm thickness (volume dependent).

MasterEmaco S 442

MasterEmaco S 442 is a combination of Portland cement, well graded sands, specially selected fibres and additives formulated to reduce the possibility of shrinkage cracks, and to improve physical and application properties. When mixed with water MasterEmaco S 442 produces a thixotropic repair mortar, suited to hand and #spray application.

MasterEmaco P 5000AP

MasterEmaco P 5000AP active primer, not only reinstates a high pH environment it also contains active corrosion inhibiting additives for the protection of reinforcement steel. It can also be used as an adhesive bonding slurry for subsequent repair mortars. MasterEmaco P 5000AP is a ready-to-use material that contains portland cement, well graded fine fillers, re-dispersible powder and special additives. When mixed with water, it forms a slurry that can be applied by brush to the clean exposed reinforcement, or directly on the dampened, prepared concrete substrate when used as a bonding coat.
