MasterTop 1231

MasterTop 1231 is a multi-component, self- smoothing, solvent free, decorative epoxy overlay system designed to provide continuous protection for concrete floors at thicknesses of between 2.0-4.0 mm. For greater thicknesses contact BASF Technical department. The cured material produces a dense, colourful, glossy surface. The product has also been successfully applied to glazed and terrazzo tiles, steel and timber. For applications other than to concrete, please contact your BASF representative.

MasterTop 100

MasterTop 100 is a pre-mixed, dry-shake surface hardener, which contains hydraulic binder and specially graded mineral aggregates.

MasterTop TC 417W

MasterTop TC 417W is a water borne, non- solvented, low emission, clear or pigmented 2K- PU top coat which cure to a matt finish.

MasterTop 1205

MasterTop 1205 is a pigmented, solvent-free, high build epoxy floor coating system designed to offer seamless durable floor protection at applied thicknesses between 0.2-0.4mm. With the addition of MasterTop SR 2 or MasterTop SR 3 (slip resistant aggregates) between coats, anti-slip resistant applications can be achieved in system build-up thicknesses between 0.5-1.0mm.

MasterTop 500 is a mortar bonding agent for bonding screeds and cementitious mortars. For indoor and outdoor use.

MasterTop 20

MasterTop 20 is a colourless low viscosity liquid for application to concrete. It hardens and dustproofs the surface.

A ready-mixed pre-bagged fast setting screed suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

MasterTop 528

MasterTop 528 is a self-smoothing, cementitious, non-structural, floor underlayment for use over poured in-situ and precast concrete floors which will be covered by resin overlays, carpet, vinyl, ceramic tiles or natural stone. Only water needs to be added on site to obtain the desired consistency for pumping or manual installation. MasterTop 528 is applied at thickness from 2mm-30mm.

MasterTop BC 304

MasterTop BC 304 is a solvent-free four component epoxy terrazzo floor screed combining brightly coloured pigmented epoxy resin with coloured glass, graded aggregates and mother of pearl to provide a durable yet highly decorative flooring system.

MasterTop SR 1, 2, 3 and 5

MasterTop SR aggregates are used with various resin products to produce industrial floors filled coatings and slip-resistant profiles. MasterTop SR 1 – 0-0.3 mm, MasterTop SR 2 – 0.3-0.7 mm, MasterTop SR 3 – 0.3-0.9 mm, MasterTop SR 5 – 1-2 mm

MasterTop P 651

MasterTop P 651 is a high grade; high-build, three-component epoxy primer and surface sealer. MasterTop P 651 is used as a sealer or scratch coat with, and without, the addition of quartz sand.

MasterTop P 687WAS

MasterTop P 687WAS is a conductive, water- based, non-solvented, low viscosity, black pigmented 2-component conductive primer based on a liquid epoxy resin.

MasterTop 430

MasterTop 430 is a ready to use blend of Abrasion Resistant Manufactured Mineral Aggregate and cement which is applied as a dry shake to the surface of fresh concrete or screeds. MasterTop 430 will provide continuous protection to concrete floors against wear, impact, and abrasion and a high resistance to various industrial chemicals, oils, greases, detergents and hydraulic fluids found in the aviation industry. MasterTop 430 consists of non-metallic, inert high- quality aggregates, proprietary chemicals, pigments and cement.

MasterTop P 1240/50

MasterTop P 1240/50 primer is a two- component solvent free primer based upon epoxy resins. It is used to promote the adhesion of new epoxy screeds to existing concrete substrates.

MasterTop 1740

MasterTop 1740 is a multi component floor screed system based on water dispersible epoxy resins, designed to provide continuous protection for concrete floors. Applied by trowel in thicknesses of 5mm and above, MasterTop 1740 is also suitable for use as a coving or repair medium, where vapour permeability is required.

MasterTop 1110

MasterTop 1110 is a pigmented two component, water dispersible, epoxy resin coating, designed to provide a hygienic seal to protect concrete, timber and asphalt floors as well as walls and ceilings.

MasterTop 135PG

MasterTop 135PG is a ready-to-use, pumpable, pourable, screedable and high-strength cement- based overlay for floors in indoor and outdoor. MasterTop 135PG is suitable for levelling rough and uneven concrete floors in a thickness layer from 5-15 mm. MasterTop 135PG is formulated with OPC, reinforced with PAN (polyacrylonitrile) fibers and mineral aggregates.

MasterTop 1210

MasterTop 1210 is a multi-component solvent free epoxy floor coating system designed to offer continuous seamless floor protection at thicknesses between 1.0-2.0 mm. MasterTop 1210 may be applied to produce either a smooth or profiled finish.

MasterTop 1240T

MasterTop 1240T is a multi-component epoxy mortar system applied in thicknesses of 5mm and above, designed to provide a durable purpose system for floor screeding, coving and floor repair. When used as a floor screed, MasterTop 1240T may be applied by a standard hand trowel or through a conventional floor screed box and may be finished by a power trowel.

MasterTop 1210CP

MasterTop 1210CP is a multi component solvent free epoxy coating system designed for application at a total thicknesses between 1.0-2.0 mm on basement and ground floor car parks, or on intermediate traffic decks exhibiting little or no structural movement. MasterTop 1210CP may be applied to produce a durable medium or heavy-duty profiled finish.

MasterTop TC 941

MasterTop TC 941 is a high solids, non- solvented, low emission, pigmented two component topcoat which cures to a semi-gloss finish.

MasterTop 512

A ready to use non-metallic and non-oxidising synthetic mineral aggregate and cementitious product which is applied as a topping onto existing or new concrete slabs as a hard and durable wearing course. At 10-12mm the MasterTop 512 will afford permanent protection to the floor surface against various industrial chemicals, oils, greases and detergents.

MasterTop 538

MasterTop 538 is a self-smoothing, cementitious, non-structural, floor overlay for re-levelling and refurbishing cementitious based floor slabs. MasterTop 538 can be laid at thicknesses from 4mm-40mm when hand applied or 6mm-40mm when pump applied. MasterTop 538 simply requires coating with a resin-based seal coat.

MasterTop 1240

MasterTop 1240 is a multi component epoxy screed system designed to provide durable and abrasion resistant protection for concrete floors. Applied by trowel in thicknesses of 5mm and above, MasterTop 1240 may also be suitable for use as a coving or repair medium.

MasterTop TC 462

MasterTop TC 462 is a solvented two component polyurethane coating which, when applied to MasterTop or MasterSeal systems, produces a UV wear-resistant surface. It is available with a semi-gloss finish.

MasterTop 2200

MasterTop 2200 is an epoxy filler compound. It is a two component, fine aggregate filled, fast curing material, ideal for minor horizontal concrete repair applications. MasterTop 2200 is an easily workable filler compound that can be applied by either trowel, spatula or knife. It cures to give high mechanical properties typical of epoxy compounds. It is resistant to oils, greases, petroleum, salts, many acids and alkalis and most commonly met corrosive media. It does not shrink on curing, and is designed to be used when cured from below freezing point to 60°C. Its impact resistance, and mechanical strength is greater than that of concrete.
